On-Site Lube Trucks, Inc. designs and manufactures mobile
lubrication systems to perform maintenance of your equipment at the
jobsite. By performing routine fluid changes in the field you keep

Truck Bodies
On-Site Lube Trucks field proven mobile lubrication trucks
provides the ability to keep job-site equipment in top condition. Our standard lube truck bodies that meet the needs of most
applications. Or when a more specialized piece of lube equipment in
needed we will customize a lube truck body to meet your requirements.
Lube trucks are ideal for preventative maintenance in the
field of
heavy construction equipment, farm machinery, and fleet vehicles.
Each lube truck ships from the factory completely outfitted for onsite
dispensing of motor oils,
hydraulic fluids, chassis grease, diesel fuel, and engine coolant.
Each product delivery system comes complete with the appropriate size tanks, hoses, hose reels, nozzles, grease
guns, and waste oil recovery wands.
On-Site's custom service bodies are a hybrid of our popular
lube truck body designs. These lube truck bodies are coupled with welding equipment,
pressure washers, cranes, lift gates, generators, customer specified
machines, tools, and toolboxes to allow repair of equipment from a service
truck for fleet maintenance or service in the field when it simply is not
cost effective to get the equipment back to the shop for repairs. We
will work with you to design in the necessary truck equipment into our steel
bed frames to provide a heavy duty service body solution. |
Trailers
Our lubrication equipment can be easily mounted on a heavy
duty solid steel trailer for even more jobsite portability, or for
applications where the cost of a dedicated truck cannot be justified.
Typically a lube trailer will be fully self contained with a gasoline engine
driven air compressor as a power source for pneumatic pumps with all
reels, hoses, and dispensers for a complete mobile lubrication system.
These trailers are custom designed based on the equipment installed.
Open air or fully enclosed trailers are available, contact the factory for
lubrication trailer options. |
Lube Skids
Our lubrication equipment can be easily mounted on a heavy
duty solid steel skids for mounting on existing flatbed trucks,
within service body cargo areas, barges, or other
customer mounted applications. These skids are custom designed based
on the equipment installed, and the equipment used to transport
the skid onsite. On-Site will design and manufacture the skid to be
fully self contained, or to use an existing pneumatic or hydraulic power
source. Skids are fully outfitted with pumps, reels, hoses,
and dispensers for a complete lubrication system. |
Tanks for Service Trucks
Do you already own a service truck with a compartmentalized
service body, and want to add fluid handling equipment to it? Perhaps
your needs require more tools and hardware than fluids. Whether you
have an existing service body or are looking at a new service truck, On-Site will design and manufacture tanks for applications
where a single tank or group of 30-50 gallon tanks is sufficient to meet your needs.
These tanks come from the factory spring mounted to a steel frame so that
all you have to do is mount the frame in your truck. We can also
supply the pumps, reels, hoses, and dispensers for a complete lubrication
system. |
Reel Cabinets
On-Site produces heavy duty solid steel reel enclosures for
extreme use environments where lighter gauge cabinets will not survive.
The cabinets are manufactured to customer specifications. Contact
On-Site with the quantity or reels, reel size, and any other requirements so
that we may design a cabinet to meet your needs. |
