Lube & Fuel Tanks Custom fabricated tanks with heavy gauge carbon steel for lubricants and fuels. Radius corners. Seam welded to resist cracking. Spring mounts. Recessed low pressure brass sight glasses. 2-2" flange for pump and fill openings. Cimtek Pre/Vent lockable fill caps. Tank sizes from 25 gallons. 3/4" flange installed for drain connection. top
				Coolant Tanks Custom fabricated tanks with 304 Stainless steel for water and antifreeze coolant solutions. Spring mounts. Recessed low pressure brass sight glasses. 2-2" flange for pump and fill openings. Cimtek Pre/Vent lockable fill caps. Tank sizes from 25 gallons. 3/4" flange installed for drain connection. top
Reel Cabinets Custom fabricated with heavy gauge steel. Open back cabinet shelters reels, hoses, dispensers, and air controls from environmental damage. Air controls centrally located for easy access. Fluid recovery system integrated into floor for spills and leaks. top
				Access Ladder Flip down access ladder with anti-slip ladder rungs. Ladder locks into place when stowed. Access ladder is standard on lube bodies without split reel cabinets.. top
Tool Boxes Top quality storage boxes available in 18"x18" or 22"x 22" sizes in 18", 24", 36", 48" or 60" lengths. Standard underbody storage configuration is 2-48"x18"x18" boxes on each side. Larger sizes and lengths available as an upgrade as chassis space permits. Quarter turn latches with locking handles for secure storage. Sealed with automotive type rubber gasket to keep moisture out. Storage chests with sliding drawers are available for above deck mounting. top
				Work Lights Betts Vapor Proof with adjustable mount. Light Duty Truck Body - 2 to rear, 1 to each side. Medium Duty Truck Body - 2 to rear, 2 to each side. top
Air Control System Air controls for pneumatic pumps including air filter/regulators and ball valves centrally located in reel cabinet. Optional air dryers are available. top
				Coatings All bodies coated with Dupont automotive under coater to resist corrosion due to road salts and water. All upper painted surfaces painted with Sherwin Williams KEM 400 over Sherwin Williams KEM 400 Grey Primer. Other colors available upon request. Dupont Emron Poly Urethane Paint with Dupont 2 part epoxy primer is available as an upgrade. Anti-skid coating consists of sand embedded in Sherwin Williams KEM 400 Grey Primer with a top coat of KEM 400 Gloss Black. top
