On-Site's standard lube equipment offers components that are of high quality, and will provide years of dependable service. However, we recognize that individual operators and corporate equipment standards may dictate the need for other brands or types of equipment than are currently offered on our standard product lines.

In customizing your lube and fuel truck, trailer, or skid we take measures to ensure that all equipment can be installed and operated safely. We understand that components will require maintenance or service of some type during the working life of the component. We work hard to ensure that items can be serviced easily where routine maintenance is needed. Please keep in mind that although we make every effort to form a design prior to going into production, that changes in the original design may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances once we begin to assemble your custom lube and fuel equipment.

Hydraulic Pumps Gear pumps with hydraulic motors are available for cold weather operations. Graco Dynastar hydraulic grease pumps available for cold weather applications. top
				High Fuel Flow Diesel fuel transfer rates up to 40gpm available with the appropriately sized pump, reel and hose, 1" dispenser, and air compressor. top
Reels Double post reels available for added durability and strength. Note that double post reels require a larger mounting footprint which reduces the available area for equipment within the reel cabinet. top
				Reel Cabinets Roll up aluminum doors protect equipment within the reel cabinet from the elements. Provides a neat clean appearance while on the highway. top
Metered Dispenser Valves Electronic metered valves are cost effective solutions for fluid measurement. Pre-set metered valves (mechanical and electronic) available for applications requiring set and forget dispensing. Nozzle mount electronic meters for fuel delivery available for non-custody transfer applications. NIST traceable meters (mechanical and electronic) available for fuel custody transfer applications. top
				Air Compressors Rotary screw hydraulic and PTO drive compressors available from BOSS Industries. Gasoline powered rotary screw compressors available from Texas Industrial Air. Air compressor / Generator and Air Compressor / Welder combinations available.
Lighting Sealed incandescent marker lamps, stop/tail/turn lamps, and reverse lamps are available for a clean truck appearance. Grote sealed LED marker lamps and stop/tail/turn lamps are available for high visibility. All sealed lamps are rubber grommet mounted for easy replacement. Optional amber strobe light or rotating beacons. top
				Welders Miller Bobcat welders (with 10,000W generator capability) with Honda or Kohler gasoline engines available. PTO driven welders in combination with air compressors available. Other manufacturers available upon request. top
Pressure Washers Hydraulic cold water pressure washers with high pressure hose and spray wand available. Gasoline/Diesel hot water pressure washers with high pressure hose and spray wand available. Other manufacturers available upon request. top
				Generators Onan gasoline and diesel generators to 7,500W available. Other manufacturers available upon request. top
