Side Rails
-
Side rails formed with tubular steel posts for maximum
strength.

Top rail is 36" from the deck.

Middle rail is 22" from the deck.

A 4" x 1/4" steel toe rail runs along the full
length of each side, except in access ladder space.

Toe rail is 1/2" above deck to allow water to run
off the deck.
-
Expanded mesh panels extend from the toe rail to the
middle rail to prevent loose cargo from escaping the truck.
Expanded mesh will not prevent a ruptured cylinder from
escaping.

Hook stops evenly spaced along top and middle rail
to prevent slippage of chains or straps.

Access Ladder

Flip down access ladder with anti-slip ladder rungs.

Swinging gate covers ladder opening
to the height of middle side rail.

Gate and Ladder lock into place when closed to prevent loss of cargo onto
the
roadway.

Access ladder is standard on all cylinder bodies, pallet bodies
and trailers.

Storage Boxes

Top quality storage boxes available in 18"x18" or 22"x 22" sizes in 36",
48" or 60" lengths.

Standard underbody storage configuration is 2-48"x18"x18"
boxes on each side and 1-36"x18"x18" box on left side behind rear tires.

Larger sizes and lengths available as an upgrade as chassis
space permits.

Quarter turn latches with locking handles for secure storage.

Sealed with automotive type rubber gasket to keep moisture
out.

Storage chests with sliding drawers are available for above
deck mounting.

Lift Gates

All Maxon lift gates used come with rails to secure
cylinders when in use.

BMR-A-CS series in 3500 & 4400 pound capacities.

RC-CS series in 3000 & 4000 pound capacities.

RCM-CS-16AB in 1600 pound capacities for low
profile trucks. Platform raises above deck to reach docks up
to 52" high.

Coatings

All bodies coated with Dupont automotive under coater to
resist corrosion due to road salts and water.

All upper painted surfaces painted with Sherwin Williams
KEM 400 Gloss Black over Sherwin Williams KEM 400 Grey Primer. Other
colors available upon request.

Dupont Emron Poly Urethane
Paint with Dupont 2 part epoxy primer is available as an upgrade.

Anti-skid coating consists of sand embedded in Sherwin
Williams KEM 400 Grey Primer with a top coat of KEM 400 Gloss Black.
