Trailer Frame

When we started building these work site welding trailers it was mainly to keep up busy when things slowed down after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. We really had no idea that they would catch on and become one of our better selling products. Our customers tell us it is because there simply are no other companies making a trailer that comes anywhere close to the quality that we put into our On-Site Welding Trailer. We make these from solid steel. No wood, no plastic, no aluminum, just steel from front to back. Heavy gauge tubular frames with one-piece diamond plate floors and rugged side rails make this a trailer that is not going to fail no matter where you drag it.

Trailer Frame Frame constructed from heavy gauge tubular steel. 10 gauge one-piece steel floor plate. top
		Side Rails Side rails rise 18" off the trailer deck formed from 1" square tubing. Side are fully enclosed with 3/4" x 9 expanded steel mesh to contain cargo. top
Removable Gate Gate is manufactured from 1" square tubing covered in 3/4" x 9 expanded steel mesh. Gate lifts out for unobstructed access to the trailer. top
		Cylinder Racks Vertical Acetylene Cylinder rack. Horizontal Oxygen Cylinder rack. Both include ratchet straps for securing cylinders. top
Hitch Options 2" "Bulldog" ball hitch standard. 2 5/16" ball hitch optional. 3" Pintle eye hitch optional. Adjustable height hitched optional. top
		Lighting Grote sealed incandescent marker lamps and sealed incandescent stop/tail/turn lamps, and Grote license plate lamps. Sealed lamps are rubber grommet mounted for easy replacement. DOT approved reflectors. 4 way flat plug standard. 6 way round plug optional (standard on tandem axle trailers.) top
Storage Boxes Top quality storage boxes available in 18"x18" 36", 48" or 60" lengths. Standard storage box configuration is mounted on left side rail. Optional under worktable mounting is available sized as space permits. Other sizes and lengths available as an upgrade. Quarter turn latches with locking handles for secure storage. Sealed with automotive type rubber gasket to keep moisture out. top
		Coatings All upper painted surfaces painted with Sherwin Williams KEM 400 Gloss Black over Sherwin Williams KEM 400 Grey Primer. Other colors available upon request. top
