On-Site Lube Trucks, Inc. designs and manufactures truck bodies and trailers for city delivery and transport of compressed gas cylinders targeted toward independent welding supply dealers as well as regional and national suppliers.  Our products are designed to safely and reliably transport portable cylinders of specialty gasses.  On-Site also offers a palletized gas cylinder delivery system with the purpose of assisting specialty gas suppliers in maximizing available resources, increasing productivity, and reducing operational expenses.  On-Site's pallet system is  compatible with the pallet system offered by Saf-T-Cart.  Each of our products will address the needs of a gas supplier irregardless of the size of the operation, and do it is a manner that is safe, attractive, reliable, and cost effective.

On-Site provides both independent welding supply dealers and major specialty gas suppliers city delivery compressed gas cylinder truck bodies that are unequalled in the industry.  Our standard bodies are offered in 10', 14', and 17' lengths.  All side rails on our bodies feature a hook stop system to prevent slippage of chains or straps along the rail  that would allow cylinders to become unsecured.  In the event a strap failure occurs a 4" x 1/4" steel toe rail and expanded steel mesh rising to 22" off the deck contains loose cylinders in the event that cargo becomes unsecured.  An anti-slip coating on the deck surface prevent slips and falls in wet, icy, or oily conditions.  Beginning with our 2003 model year, our standard cylinder delivery bodies feature a design for conversion to palletized cylinder bodes with minimal rework above the deck, and no rework required to the frame.

Palletizing your gas cylinder delivery operations is a smart move to a healthier bottom line.  Cylinders can be loaded and unloaded quickly by forklift, and valuable dock space is saved by keeping cylinders on pallets stored in an out of the way location in your yard.  These bodies are built to handle the stress that a set of fully loaded pallets places on the truck, yet remain lightweight enough to keep under a 33,000 GVWR limit.  Palletized bodies all of the same features of our popular cylinder bodies.

Our palletized cylinder delivery trailers for city delivery are built from new or refurbished flat bed trailers.  We specialize in adding the equipment and features needed for your palletized operations.  We install steel pickets along each side, and reinforce the side rails when necessary to ensure stability.  Rear access gates are standard for loading or unloading at a dock.  Lift gates may be installed for loading and unloading where a dock or forklift is no available.  These trailers feature the same safety features as our Palletized Cylinder Delivery Truck Bodies.

Our palletized cylinder delivery trailers for transports are built from new or refurbished 40' to 53' floats.  Transports are simply a larger configuration and offer the same features as Palletized Cylinder City Delivery Trailers and Palletized Cylinder Delivery Truck Bodies.

Convert your existing city delivery truck to handle cylinder pallets.  We specialize in refurbishing your old body to handle up to the number of pallets that your truck can safely accommodate.  Many of our customers have had us convert their trucks to a combination cylinder/pallet configuration to get the most value out of the remaining life of the truck. Some have even been our bodies that originally went out as cylinder bodies, while others were originally manufactured as cylinder bodies by other manufacturers.  Either way, each body is thoroughly inspected to ensure that the body is structurally sound.  Repairs are made as needed, and steel pickets are installed along each side.  Bodies are then repainted, new DOT C2 conspicuity tape applied, hazardous material placards replaced if needed, and lighting checked and repaired if needed.  Be sure to ask about an LED lighting upgrade to ensure high visibility for your fellow motorists.

Converting your cylinder trailer to a handle cylinder pallets means that you get your driver loaded in a fraction of the time.  This likely adds up to days of gained productivity per month since your driver stays on the road more.  Full cylinders get to your stores or your customers much quicker, which keeps everyone happy.  Empty cylinders get back to the fill plant faster ensuring an adequate supply of inventory.  The very same attention to detail paid to truck conversions is applied to a trailer conversion.  When you get it back you would almost think it was new.
